Bu t\u00fcketim \u00e7ark\u0131n\u0131n ve beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde maalesef \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z da var.<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fim \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda beslenme konusunun \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu etkiledi\u011fini biliyoruz. \u00c7ocukken ya\u015fanan en yayg\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da a\u011f\u0131z ve di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan problemler geliyor ve bu problemler \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 \u00f6m\u00fcrleri boyunca takip edebiliyor. Zira \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kal\u0131c\u0131 di\u015fleri hen\u00fcz 5-6 ya\u015flar\u0131ndayken \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor ve bir \u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere a\u011f\u0131zda bulunuyor. Bu nedenle di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili dikkat edilmesi gerekenleri ihmal etmek \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu yerine yenisi gelmeyecek olan di\u015fler i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit. Bu noktada di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n ba\u015f g\u00f6stermemi\u015f olmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck etken ancak unutmay\u0131n ki a\u011f\u0131z ve di\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemlerinin temelleri tam da bu d\u00f6nemlerde at\u0131l\u0131yor.
